1. What is your design process?
Our design process starts with a consultation to discuss your design requirements and key objectives. Following this, a quotation with a detailed breakdown of the service scope proposed in line with your business objectives will be provided.
Once you agree to proceed with our service, our designer team will get in touch with you for information collection, concept creation, artwork presentation, design revision and artwork finalization.
 
 
2. What can I expect if I hire your services?
Our design artworks are sketched from scratch (original creation) and provided in high-resolution files. You do not have to worry about copyright infringement when you engage our services.
 
 
3. Where can I find samples of your work?

4. Is the design copyrighted / trademarked?
If you would like to register a trademark for your company logo or other branding elements, you will need to file your application to the respective authority. If you are interested to understand further, feel free to consult our sales representatives for more details.
 
 
5. How do you charge your design service?
Every job is unique and customized to individual needs. Our sales team will gladly answer any queries you have and provide you with a detailed quote based on your design needs. You can contact us via Whatsapp or email to understand our charges.
 
 
6. How many revisions are included? Will I be charged for changes?
We provide 3 rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional changes beyond that may incur extra fees, depending on the scope.
 
 
7. What if I don’t like the first draft?
We welcome your feedback. Our process includes revisions to ensure satisfaction. If a complete redesign is required, we will inform you of any additional charges in advance.
 
 
8. What files will I receive upon completion?
We will provide editable Ai file & PDF file.
 
 
9. Can I print the designs elsewhere after completion?
Yes, you will receive print-ready files. However, we also offer professional printing services to ensure accuracy and quality, saving you time and hassle.
 
 
10. Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes, we offer rush services depending on availability. Additional fees may apply. Please inform us of your deadlines early.
 
 
11. Is the design original?
Yes, all our designs are custom-created for each client and fully original. We do not use templates.
 
 
12. Who owns the copyright of the design?
Once the project is completed and fully paid, you own the copyright. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
 
 
13. Do you provide photography or copywriting services?
Yes, we can provide commercial photography and copywriting services to strengthen your brand presentation.
 
 
14. Can you improve or redesign my old logo or existing materials?
Yes, we regularly help clients refresh and modernize their brand identity and visuals.
 
 
15. Can I request the files again after the project is done?
We retain files for 6–12 months. You may request copies within this period. For long-term access, please keep your own backups.
